The Order Log Administration contains the entire range of data on every order placed with 3cim. Because of the way this information is arranged it is necessary for you to use your horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of your browser window to see the data columns to the far right of this page.

The data on this page is sorted by default according to the most recent order date. Therefore, the first row on this page will be the most recent order placed. The sorting of the data can be altered using the "Up" and "Down" arrows at the head of each column. These arrows will re-sort the page their respective columns in ascending or descending order. The specific data that these sorts are based on is explained in the column details below.

All -
Clicking "All" will display all orders in the default sort. Column number identify the number of items displayed.

Order Number -
This is the identifying number for each order placed from your order page.

Order Date -
Date the order was placed.

Company -
3cim customer name.

Agent Name -
"Agents" refers to individual users who publish to your account. For re-sellers this would refer to your clients.

Agent Contact Information -
Displays phone business and cell phone numbers. The e-mail link will open a new e-mail message from your local default e-mail program. Subject line will be pre-populated with the Order Number and Property Address.

VT Type / Add. VT -
VT Type indicates the product ordered according to the following key:
4 = any 4-scene Virtual Tour
This will always be followed by either a "Classic" or "Grand" designation (see below) and may be supplemented with additional scenes.

6 = any 6-scene Virtual Tour
This will always be followed by either a "Classic" or "Grand" designation (see below) and may be supplemented with additional scenes.

C = "Classic"
This indicates that the size of the image will be the standard 270 pixel height

G = "Grand"
This indicates a new option to have a larger image height of 350 pixels.

F = "Flash"
This option provides the customer with a 5-image slide show created in Flash.

In the second row will be a number indicating any additional scenes that have been ordered.

Realtor / MLS# -
This column indicates whether the customer has order their Tour to be published to the Realtor.com database to be made available to viewers of the Realtor.com website indicated by a "yes" or "no". Publishing to Realtor.com requires the Order to include an MLS#. If this number has been entered along with the order it will be displayed underneath the yes/no.

Photo Name -
The name of the photographer assigned to this order. Each photographer is also assigned a 3cim internal I.D. #. Sorting this column will actually sort photographers numerically by their I.D. # instead of alphabetically by their name. Photographer names will still be grouped together, however they will no be in alphabetic order.

Photo Contact Info -
(same as Agent Contact Info above, for photographers)

Mssg Left -
This column displays the most recent date and time that the photographer contacted the Agent, or that a voice-mail message was left.

Photo Sched -
Once an appointment has been set between the photographer and the agent to photograph the property, the date and time of that appointment will appear here.

Pub Date -
The date and time the files were published to the 3cim server.

Client ID / Tour ID -
Each Agent/Client will have a unique identification number assigned so as to keep order records that are specific to that individual. "Client ID" refers to this Agent/Client identifier. "Tour ID" refers to a unique identification number assigned to every published Tour. "View" is a link which displays the published Tour just as it appears to external viewers.
