Important information regarding 3cim tours published to Realtor.com

3cim provides hosting for every 3cim virtual tour, which means that universal access to your tour via the Internet is included in the price of every 3cim tour. An e-mail containing a unique link to each tour is sent to clients as soon as that tour is published. Our clients are free to use that link anywhere they choose with no restrictions. Tours hosted by 3cim will display in our own interface that features property details, agent information, thumbnail links, and may also contain audio if provided by the client. This service is also included in the price of every 3cim virtual tour.

Some clients also choose to have us publish their tour images directly to Realtor.com so that their listings on that site will indicate that a virtual tour is available. Otherwise prospective buyers who discover the listing on Realtor.com will not be aware of the presence of a virtual tour. Realtor.com charges us - and every virtual tour provider - a fee to publish tours to their site.

Please note: Realtor.com will not accept publishing of virtual tours without an MLS number. If you do not yet have an MLS number for a listing at the time that you order a virtual tour from 3cim, we will not attempt to publish your tour to Realtor.com until you have provided us with the appropriate MLS number.

Due to changes last year in the way Realtor.com accepts virtual tour submissions, both 3cim virtual and self-published SlideTours submitted to a Realtor.com listing now display in 3cim's own virtual tour display template and include our template features like thumbnail links and embedded audio.

It must also be noted that, while we attempt to publish to each of the sites listed above, some of the companies controlling those sites will reject the information if it is promoting a property that is not represented by their own agency.
