Technical Issues -
All 3cim presentations are displayed in a common Internet browser. While most browsers are compatible with 3cim technology,
we recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher for the best viewing experience. If you have verified
that you are using I.E. but are still having difficulties, please check your browser version by going to the drop-down menu
at the top of your screen and clicking:
Help > About Internet Explorer
The newest version of Internet Explorer installs easily on any PC and is available free at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp
There is also a common browser setting that can interfere with the display of these presentations. To check this setting,
please refer to the drop-down menus at the top of your browser screen and click:
Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab > Microsoft VM > JIT compiler for virtual machine enabled (should be checked)
If this box is unchecked, you should check the box then restart your Internet
Explorer to initiate this new setting.
If after these you still can't see
our tours, please install the current version of Java by following the
instructions in the link below:
http://www.3cim.com/3cim/help/getjava.htm

Image Window Display Controls - VistaTour
When VistaTour scenes are present, the interface will default to VistaTour mode and display VistaTour scene #1.
 |
In VistaTour mode, thumbnail images for each available scene appear beneath the display window.
Clicking directly on the thumbnail image will place the panorama for that scene in the display window. |
The most efficient way to control a VistaTour image is to place the mouse pointer directly over the image, then click and hold the
left mouse button while dragging the mouse pointer left or right. The further left or right that you move the mouse pointer, the
faster the image will rotate in that direction. Positioning the mouse pointer in the center of the image will stop the rotation.
As an alternate method of controlling the image rotation we have provided control buttons on the display window control panel
as described below:
|
 |
(1) Change direction, left; (2) Stop rotation; (3) Change direction, right
|
|
Image Window Display Controls - Slide Show
or
 |
Clicking the button shown at left when present will display the Slide Show window and all still
images associated with this property.
|
The most efficient way to control Slide Show images is to place the mouse pointer directly over the image window, then click and
hold the left mouse button while dragging the mouse pointer left or right. The further left or right that you move the mouse pointer, the
faster the series of images will cycle in that direction. As an alternate method of controlling the image cycle and other
Slide Show features we have provided control buttons on the display window control panel as described below:
|
 |
Where magnified images have been provided, this icon will appear in the control panel. When it is present,
move the mouse pointer over the image window and it will convert to a magnifying glass. Images will cease
to cycle while magnifier is in use.
|
 |
(1) Change direction, left; (2) Stop rotation; (3) Change direction, right
|
 |
These buttons control the length of time an image remains in the display window before automtically
cycling to the next image in the series. The user can slow the cycle time by clicking one or more times
on the arrow pointing left, and speed the cycle time by clicking one or more times on the arrow pointing right.
