3cim Logo                                       How to Use 3cim's Sales Leads System
 
When you create a 3cim account by ordering 3cim's Virtual Tour service or by using the self-service SlideTour presentation for your listings, and administration account is automatically set up for you. This account can be accessed from the 3cim home page by clicking on the menu bar button at the top of the page labeled "Client Login". This simple, handy system is free with every 3cim account and is another great way to generate leads using your 3cim virtual tour and can generate new listing prospects for a minimal investment. Within your 3cim account, we have a feature called "Sales Leads" which can be accessed by clicking the "Sales Leads" link in the top tool bar menu (circled in red and shown here on the account home page), from any page in your administration account.

When a client or buyer views your virtual tour or SlideTour, clicking on the "Request More Info" link button (Screen #1 below), on the tour template will open a simple fill-out form in another small page (Screen #2), which the buyer can fill out and submit to get more information about the property, be contacted, or make an appointment to view the property.

Once the buyer submits the Request More Info form, their contact information and notes are written to the Sales Leads Page (Screen #3), in a row (circled here in red), and can be accessed at any time by viewing this information in your 3cim account. This information can also be organized into sub-folders depending on whether the contact is current, pending etc.

When the form is submitted by the buyer, their contact info is also sent in an email to your inbox to notify you of the request.
